Outdoor Elements Return Policy

Outdoor Elements sells only high quality products. However, warranty claims and returns may be required on occasion. All warranty claims will be handled by Outdoor Elements. For most items, the warranty period is stated in the product description.

Outdoor Elements can not assume responsibility for information entered incorrectly on your order form, or for products that were special cut to non-standard sizes, such as liners or filter media. However, if for any other reason you are not completely satisfied with any item you receive, you can return any unused product within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price. All returns of unused items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund you receive.

Please remember that you are responsible for arranging returns and any shipping charges incurred for those returns. Please contact Outdoor Elements for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item. Items returned without an RMA number are not guaranteed a credit.

When returning merchandise, you must use the original packing materials to insure that the item arrives undamaged - Outdoor Elements can not be responsible for items damaged in transit while being returned to us. Please include a copy of your sales receipt with your return.
