Matala ® Replacement Mats
Uniquely versatile, Matala filter mats are easy to work with and can fit most all filtration needs. Matala filter mats
are very resistant against plugging by sludge build-up; they provide even water flow throughout the filter mats,
and even adhesion of nitrifying bacteria to the filter mat fibers.
Matala filter media is a progressive filter Material that is self supporting and multifunctional.
The various densities of Matala can be used in sequence, or separately for unique filtration requirements.
